About Tiffin Academy

MISSION

The overall mission of Tiffin Academy of Hair Design is to provide an equal opportunity to anyone desiring a career in Cosmetology or Advanced Manicuring, by giving each student the very best training possible, teaching them the specific skills and related subjects necessary for them to succeed in the cosmetology or nail industry today, and tomorrow.

ACCREDITATION

Tiffin Academy of Hair Design is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts & Sciences, Inc. (N.A.C.C.A.S.), which is recognized by the United States Department of Education as a national accrediting agency for post-secondary schools and programs of career arts and sciences. The Certificate of Accreditation is on display in the main office on the second floor of the Academy.

MEET THERESE

Therese knows all about pursuing dreams. As a little girl, she gave her dolls haircuts—not to be naughty, but to try out the latest styles and practice for her future job! With nearly 40 years in the beauty industry, Therese has worked at the Academy for 36 years and has owned it since 2001. She loves watching other people blossom as they discover their creative talents and shape their lives around their passions.
